  There are no minimum time requirements. You will be billed only for the leads sent to you until the moment of receipt of your written cancellation.

• How do you filter the quotation requests?
  We offer you the possibility of being listed in the area(s) and type(s) of removals you are interested in.
   
• Do I have to pay for incomplete or fake quotation requests?
  If a lead does not have sufficient/fake contact details (both telephone and email address are incorrect) then you can claim for a credit, provided the claim is made with in 5 working days.
   
• What if I receive the same quotation request twice?
  Sometimes you will receive duplicate leads, however all duplicate leads are automatically marked and you only get billed for them once.
